1.1 Preparation before booting by injection molding machine

How to choose an injection molding machine
1. Select the right type: product and plastics determine the model and series.
Because there are many types of injection molding machines, we must first correctly determine which injection molding machine is suitable for this product, such as vertical and horizontal type, or which series of injection molding machines.For example, general thermoplastic plastic or electro -wood raw materials or PET raw materials are monochrome, two -color, multi -color, mezzanine or mixed color.In addition, some products need to be high -stable (closed circuit), high precision, ultra -high radiation speed, high -voltage pressure or rapid production (multi -circuit) and other conditions. (3) The pressure in the mold is different from the raw materials. The general raw material is 350 ~ 400kg/cm2.
(4) Machine locking power must be greater than the power support power, and for the sake of insurance, the machine locking force usually needs to be greater than 1.17 times more than 1.17 times.
